‘Street Interface’
What begins as a habitual gesture of the digital citizen unfolds into an interface rupture between the physical and the virtual.
Through AR, the visitor steps into an emotional mirror of the city — a landscape constructed not from architecture, but from collective affect. Each gaze, each pause, each trace of curiosity becomes a data pulse that reanimates the city’s nervous system.
The street thus transforms from a site of commerce into a surface of emotion;
navigation becomes introspection, and orientation becomes empathy.
In the smallest urban ritual — the moment of raising a phone —
the boundaries of the real city begin to dissolve.
Huaqiangbei becomes not just an electronics bazaar, but a neural field of human sensibility.
